Julie was absolutely incredible as our day-of coordinator. My wife and I were not asked a single logistical question all day, which allowed us to enjoy every moment without worrying about what was to come. Our day was efficient, but not rushed and Julie was 100% the reason for that. If there were any hiccups, we had no clue and had the best day under Julie’s coordination. There’s no one better to help you on the big day!!

I can’t imagine my wedding day without having Julie as our day of coordinator! She made sure every detail was exactly where it needed to be while keeping everyone calm and on schedule. Plus, she did it all with a calm confidence that made me (and everyone else) wholeheartedly trust that she had everything under control. I can’t recommend her enough!

My husband and I had a 4 month engagement and, with limited venue options, we booked a venue which had a capacity of 225, with an expected total of 250 guests. So, we not only predicted some chaos with a tight space, but we also had 24 people in our bridal party, multiple caterers, and no professional DJ. All of this left us with a huge need for the most professional, organized, and efficient day-of coordinator we could find. Simply put, we found exactly that. Julie turned our dreams and planning into a reality on the day of our wedding, and also gave me (the bride) so much peace of mind from the second we got there in the morning, through our send off that evening. As it turns out, Julie was not only able to corral 250 people in a space meant for 225, but she also managed the setting up, the tearing down, the catering, the open bar, the desserts, the room flipping (yes, we flipped our reception room after dinner into a dance floor!), and literally every chaotic moment in-between! One of our top priorities for our wedding day was that people would feel hosted, welcomed, and honored–Julie made this happen by assuring that every detail was accounted for. I’ll forever be in debt to her (literally–I should have paid her TRIPLE what she asked for!).

We are so thankful we had Julie as our wedding coordinator! Before, during, and after the wedding she knew what to do and made sure everyone was on the same page. Our whole family still mentions how great she was and how efficiently she ran the day. Julie was knowledgeable, driven, calm under pressure and a core part of our day!
