ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Julie!
I’m the person behind the timeline, the details, the vendor questions, and all the little things that need to happen behind the scenes to make your wedding day feel effortless.
Because your wedding day is meant to be experienced—not managed.
Your wedding deserves
to be effortless
I started planning and coordinating weddings by helping the people closest to my heart as they were planning their best day ever.
My friends were getting married and I wanted to be with them and serve them through the process. I was by their side as they planned, worked through the details, and watched their big days come together.
After getting married to my best friend
I grew an even deeper appreciation
for the role of wedding coordinator!
As an event planner and wedding coordinator, I was a little nervous that I wouldn’t be able to fully enjoy my wedding day being too focused on details and the timeline.
Asking my friend Carly to coordinate our wedding allowed me to be fully present and enjoy the day with my husband without worrying about anything else
Wedding day
is your day
I love watching couples experience all the moments that make their wedding day theirs—the happy tears, the excitement, the dancing and everything in between.
Let me worry about the details and the timeline so you can soak it all in.
What to expect when you
plan your wedding day with me
Calm & organized
There are a lot of moving pieces that go into a wedding, and I’m here to keep track of them. I’ll help you know what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and make sure the little details don’t get lost along the way.
Personal
Your wedding should feel like you. I take the time to understand what matters most to you, what you’re envisioning, and where you need the most support. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to a wedding day.
Experienced
Weddings rarely go exactly according to plan—and that’s okay. With experience comes knowing what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to handle the unexpected without letting it become your problem.
